A fresh and easy strawberry sorbet recipe, quick to prepare and perfect when strawberries are in season!

500 g strawberries
175 g sugar
Half a lemon

Preparation method
Wash and carefully dry the strawberries, then remove the stems. Blend the strawberries and sugar together until smooth. Add the juice of half a lemon and mix well.
Transfer the mixture into the ice cream maker, switch it on, and let it churn until the sorbet is smooth and compact. Serve the strawberry sorbet with a few mint leaves if you like.
